All that for a neat price of $3.7M.
After the huge success of “The Avengers” and the upcoming box-office hit “Avengers: Age of Ultron” Joss Whedon will have enough money to throw a Marvel-themed party starring ScarJo, Downey Jr, and Chris Pratt at his new place and proudly exclaim “Avengers, assemble!”.
