Jeremy Renner
A sarcastic and witty team member of the new Avengers movie, Jeremy Renner a.k.a Hawkeye, together with a fellow actor, Kristoffer Winters, bought a 90-year-old mansion in Hollywood Hills when they were both tired of renting. Both Jeremy and Kristoffer just wanted a nice cozy home. The renovation process took quite a bit of time but it was well worth it: 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a wine room, a double-island eat-in kitchen, a swimming pool with a spa, a 2-car garage, a library with a bar and a screening room, all neatly packed in the 6000 square feet area. Oh, wait, there’s also a 1.000 sq.ft. guest house! Just like in the Avengers movie, this guy never misses.
They’ve bought it back in 2008 for $1.5M, made all these expensive renovations and recently sold it for a whooping $4M. Actually their sudden team-up lead to hilarious rumors of them dating each other, but it was then quickly debunked by Jeremy’s girlfriend.
