Its interior designer Candy & Candy states that the penthouse was sold for $255 million, while some other reports say its actual price was much lower. Christian Candy is the official owner, backed by his financial supporter Sheik Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani. Yeah, an actual Sheikh!
