After starring in numerous Marvel comics movies and becoming a living incarnation of the uncanny Wolverine, Hugh Jackman was practically swimming in fame and money. At that time spending $20M on a triplex in the heart of the New-York City was to him about as painless as a paper cut is to Wolverine. A few more millions were spent on upgrading it into a triple home, taking 3 whole floors and rounding up to 11,000 square feet living space. With that huge size the monthly property taxes were over $30,000!
The lower floor has three bedrooms with 1 bathroom each, a grand rec room, a pretty tasteful library with countless volumes of Wolverine comics and, naturally, a music room, because why not? The 9th floor is basically the sleeping and eating area with high ceilings, wine cellar, a modern gourmet kitchen and a gallery. The top floor has a fantastic master bedroom, along with a home gym, bath and a sauna.
